What We Offer

Physical therapists - What do they do?

Physical therapy in assisted living communities instruct and coach seniors to overcome their pain and reduce their mobility challenges, so they can live a more comfortable lifestyle, and participate in the life of the community. Physical therapy is focused on prevention of falls with a goal on improved overall mobility and strength.

Physical therapist will *examine you and talk to you about your symptoms and your daily activity. He or she will then work with you on a treatment plan. The goals are to help your joints move better and to restore or increase your flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination, and/or balance. They help push through aches and mobility restrictions to live a more comfortable and happy life.

Occupational Therapists - what do we do?
