Your Insurance Information

Medicare insurance and your coinsurance cover our treatments; for some, there might be a small co-pay. We also offer private pay.

We are currently working with Kaiser to become a post-hospitalization therapy provider as well.

If you have Medicare, we ask you to either obtain a referral for PT, OT or ST therapy from your MD, or we can request it for you.

Wellness Cafe Physical Therapy

We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy treatments in your community as a Medicare Part B Outpatient Service.

About Us

We are licensed therapists and clinical providers for your medical insurance. Instead of you driving to an outpatient clinic to be treated, we will treat you on-site in your community.

In this way, you will receive quicker access to the treatment you need in the comfort of your home, and we can schedule the frequency of the visits with you up to 5 x a week.

Physical Activity is defined as any body movement that works your muscles and requires more energy than resting. Increased physical activity helps to prevent falls and helps to reduce symptoms of depression, and maintains cognitive and functional abilities. Older adults who engage in physical activity are more likely to experience an enhancement of the joy of living and remain in Assisted Living, avoiding higher levels of care and functional decline.
